Meet your guide

Emil’s passion for sharing the art of breathwork and meditation comes from the huge transformative effect it have had on him.

Starting out with Wim Hof breathing in his living room he instantly experienced the profound changes it had on him – physically but also mentally. For the first time he found peace of mind, inner stillness and could actually feel how his body was communicating with him. He could also feel how his suppressed emotions began flowing again.

Being a certified hatha yoga teacher, breathwork guide, functional breath instructor and coach, his drive is now to share tools for awareness, expansion and health to as many people as possible.

FAQs

  • This is a 4-hour long, pre-recorded, video workshop which consists of 22 videos, divided into 4 chapters.

  • Yes. As long as you are two souls. The workshop is primarily designed for you who are in a loving, intimate relationship. But if you are really close friends, soulmates, you will enjoy it too.

  • Yes. However, if you currently suffer from cardiovascular issues, schizophrenia or epilepsy, talk with your medical advisor before.

  • If you are pregnant and are not practicing breathwork on a regular basis, take it very easy during the actual breathwork session since some women have experienced contractions during long-term heavy breathing. Listen to your own body. Trust yourself and your intuition.

  • No. You'll have life-time access to the workshop and can also download it in its entirety.
