“What a thoroughly guided class. so appreciative of the diligent guidance offered through this 2-in-1 breathwork practice. it was most helpful to hear counting *with* kapalabhati; I hadn’t tried or thought of that before. it was very helpful in creating a full release of breath with each forceful exhale. slowing the breath down and cultivating balance with alt. nostril breathing was also very helpful.

“What a unique perspective on a breathing practice. I loved the merging of visualization with the breath. There were a few parts of the recording, where I felt as though the direction for what we were going to do with the breath was coming a little late and I felt as though I might not know what to do with the breath but they were very few of those and they were nothing compared to the overall beauty of the experience. I’ve never done breathwork besides mindful breathing and 4-7-8 relaxation breaths, so this was new and stretched me. Some the head symptoms I’ve been experiencing eased and I feel more relaxed, grounded, and clear-minded. As a beginner I couldn’t hold the breaths as long, but I look forward to practicing this again. Thank you so much for your teaching and excellent guidance.
