1:1 Coaching
In my 1:1 sessions, I work with people who feel under pressure — mentally, emotionally, or physically — and want to come back into clarity through direct contact with themselves. The sessions move at a human pace and are shaped by what’s present rather than by a predefined agenda.
Through breath, embodied attention, and quiet inquiry, we create space for the nervous system to settle and for patterns to become visible without force.
Over time, this supports clearer perception, steadier decision-making, and a deeper sense of self-trust that carries into everyday life. This work suits those who are willing to slow down, stay with their experience, and let change emerge organically rather than being pushed.

About me
I work with people who carry a lot of inner pressure — often capable, reflective, and driven — and help them come back into clarity through presence, breath, and embodied attention.
My focus is simple: creating conditions where the nervous system can settle, so decisions, creativity, and leadership can emerge without force.
Much of my work revolves around noticing where we hold tension unnecessarily — mentally, emotionally, and physically — and learning how to release it in a way that translates into everyday life. When pressure softens, clarity tends to follow.
Before moving into this work, I spent over a decade as a creative director and film director, collaborating with global brands and leading complex creative processes. That period taught me a lot about vision, execution, and expression — and also about how easily overthinking, self-doubt, and disconnection can limit what wants to move through us.
Today, I draw on breathwork, meditation, somatic inquiry, and practical reflection to hold spaces where people can slow down, land, and reconnect with themselves.
I’m interested in work that is grounded, repeatable, and honest — where insight becomes something lived, not just understood.
When people feel more at home in themselves, they tend to show up differently — in their work, relationships, and choices.
That’s the level I care about.
